Soaking in the hot springs was wonderful. Plenty of pools and choices in temperature. Even had live music.
The pools where clean, bathrooms were clean, and everyone there was super nice
Second time here and the girl up front at the desk her name is Maddie was very rude no customer service and not wanting to help or give any additional information regarding the experience being that it’s our second time being here. Our first visit was very pleasant with different receptionist (guys) they made our first visit very pleasant and welcoming. I hope you can provide this rude lady some additional customer service training being that we drove 70 miles to experience the hotsprings.
