Reid was great and easy to talk to and he explained things very well on things that I or my brother didn’t quite understand. He answered all of our questions. The links that he sent to my phone were very user friendly. I always wondered how things worked when it came to sharing pictures to make a video to be shown at the funeral service. He also gave us some great options for flowers too. The whole staff was terrific! My mom looked beautiful and at peace.
My 97 years old uncle died in February. His wife had already passed, he had no children and his siblings had previously passed. He had paid for a funeral with Trimble’s but there were many details to work out. Reid Trimble worked closely with my uncle’s pastor and me to put together the obituary, details of the funeral including making a Saturday funeral happen despite two other funerals scheduled. Everyone is extremely professional and kind.
Trimble has been very accommodating in getting our dad taken care of. My sister and I are from out of town so to have their assistance has been great. Always kind, professional, and helpful whenever we call, or actually visit while we are in town. They also assisted with our step mother and mentioned our dad spent so much time chatting with them. Thank you for spending that time with him. Much appreciated.
