I do not recommend this company, I purchased 2 puck style trailer locks and after one season they are rusted and the key will not even go in the lock. I called the warranty dept and they said you have to lubricate them after each use, and clean off any dirt. They are trailer locks and should stand up better without daily lubricating.
I ordered a dual ball hitch back in March. these guys charged my credit card. order never shipped..and they won't answer e-mail or return voice mail. Took the money and ran. So, now I'll have to see if the credit card company will reimburse me and go after this shady operation to the money back.
Do not buy any product from this company!! My Trimax hitch failed while driving 40mph, left my boat trailer loose and hanging on by the safety chains. This company would not stand by their product. Such a bummer as I only live down the road from them here is Colorado. But I make sure that everyone that I talk to know about my experience with this faulty product and how they handle their customers.
I've had my trailer lock a month. Needed to use my trailer earlier this evening and neither one of the keys would unlock it. Ended up cutting the lock off. Complete waste of money. Wont be purchasing or recommending any trimax products in the future.
Great customer service. They care about their customers, and help where they can!
I reached out to the company and could not even get the courtesy of a reply.
