They are horrible. I contacted the head of the company many times to let him know about the mistreatment by my property manager and he didn’t even respond to me. They don’t take care of the building, they show up without notice,, and they don’t care that their service sucks.
They manage our condo building in arlington VA. They don’t respond to my queries. Overall, the service is awful.
