Stay AWAY! These guys are slow to no response landlords and Adams Court apartments are dirty and dingy. They want to hold onto your security deposit. When my daughter moved into a 2 BR in Adams Court, the leasing agent had pre-checked the “clean” boxes for all the move-IN checklist items. It was not clean. There were stains on the carpets, gunk on the walls, dirty bathroom with peeling surface in the bathtub, broken vertical blinds, buildup of dirt and hair along baseboards, dirty oven and refrigerator. My roommates and I had a bad experience with their Royal Manor Property at the University of Washington. They took $550 from our security deposit for "cleaning" through LaborMaids for "interior wipe down". Mind you, this apartment is 750 square feet and we deep cleaned thoroughly prior to moving out. I don't recommend living here unless you're willing to part with the majority of your security deposit.
