I took my car to LJ, he said to give him a week and I could bring the car in. After calling him for four weeks and being told to call back next Tuesday each time, I called back on Tuesday on the fourth week and being told that he was at lunch. So I called back on Wednesday only to be asked why I didn't bring the car in on Tuesday and that he was booked until the next week.
