Updating my post from 2 years ago: I’ve been consistently going to Trim 4-5 days a week for over 3 years! I love the flexible class schedules, the clean and well kept studio and best of all, the instructors and staff! AKA the Trim Tribe! I’ve done all types of workouts and love Lagree! Love this studio, the energy and ALL of the instructors! As a yoga teacher I’m super appreciate of all the detailed cues for the moves. I leave every single class feeling challenged, stronger, and ready for the rest of the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 4 years in and I’ve never felt stronger

Trim is my favorite studio. I love the lagree and climb combo. All the instructors are so kind and knowledgeable.
