The staff is so wonderful. They are super friendly and kind.
Trilogy in Franklin is the best decision I've made in a long time. The staff are more than fantastic and truly care about each individual. The doctor is so awesome! She goes above and beyond for patients. Sure I'm here to get a shot but whenever I ask a medical question she is happy to oblige. She has been helping me beat an infection that my PCP doctor hasn't been able to figure out. They make me feel so human and so loved. I've been going about 6 months now and I'm very impressed. I been coming here to trilogy for the past few years off and on an I always was respected and the staff and Dr's nurses all do a great job here never had any problems (:
