RUDE STAFF!! MY DOG WAS NOT GIVEN HIS RABIES VACCINE AFTER I PAID FOR IT AND RECEIVED RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE. I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP FROM MESA TO THEIR OFFICE TO GET IT. VET WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME WITH XRAY RESULTS TO LET ME KNOW IF MY DOG NEEDED SURGERY. VET DIDN'T CALL ME TO THE FOLLOWING DAY TO TELL ME MY DOG DIDN'T NEED SURGERY.
Love taking our pets to trilogy. The front desk is always welcoming and willing to help!!! Amanda is great and always makes time for our furry ones!!! Highly recommend taking your pets here.

Update: They outdid any other vet around, yet again!! Dr. Schnier is so so wonderful, performed a last minute/unexpected surgery on my pup. Dropped him off at 8am and picked him up same day, all fixed up. This office is really unlike any office around. Will always recommend this vet! I cannot say enough amazing things about this vet. My poor pup had an abscessed tooth & they not only got me in right away, but also performed same day surgery. While that option might not always be available, I’m over the moon that it was.
