The food here was just okay. Appreciated the fully plant-based menu, and they had a decent array of options, but it all tasted...Meh. I had the strawberry fields toast, which had plant-based yogurt and strawberries on it. The toast itself was so hard that i could barely bite through it. A family member had the spring rolls, but it was basically just huge glops of quinoa in rice paper. Another family members meal was so spicy she couldnt eat it. Hands down the best meal I had during my time in California. Trilogy is committed to clean, nourishing, and delicious food. I am about it. I had their power bowl - straight fire (esp. the miso sauce on top). I could not leave without dessert - the cake with adaptogens - I could eat that every day for breakfast. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. This restaurant makes you feel good when you walk away- the food is high quality; no inflammation here. Keep up the great work!
