I was delighted with the customer service and the expertise of the agents when I went to explore Trilogy San Juan Oaks. The tours were very informative and the agents offered good old fashioned customer service. A rarity these days.
Clients were turned off by emails and phone calls from sales reps. When signing clients in, agents can opt for no contact via email or phone calls ☎️. Unfortunately the agreement is only for 3 months, then you’re expected to go and sign them in again. An inconvenience for clients and uncomfortable for the agent to explain and have that conversation about signing in again ✍️
