Managing my property with Kristen was a nightmare - I highly recommend that homeowners search for other more reputable companies - just check google/FB reviews for companies with high ratings (unlike Trilogy). My problems started at the beginning when Kristen refused to share the tenant’s application and only provided a one line description of him. Dreadful experience, incredibly unprofessional and condescending. Dirty oven and fridge when we moved in, freezer smelled horrible. Obviously someone had smoked in the master bathroom, and the previous renters must've had cats or something - yet more nasty smells. Broken screen door, walls in desperate need of paint, backyard was a disgrace, huge bare patches everywhere.
