I have been coming to Dr. Lester since 2/16/2016 and have lost over 57 lbs. I get all my food at the grocery store, nothing is prepackaged. I know how to make the right choices when eating out. After being on the program for 5 months I began walking 10,000 steps a day. That initial weight loss was what I needed to have the energy to get out and move. I wear a Fitbit to track my steps and to do challenges with friends and family. Great weight loss program.
