Camelia and this team are the absolute best at what they do. Hands-down. I would recommend them to anyone from a small business to a huge corporation. I have experienced a lot of different companies within this field and Trilogy is by far leaps and bounds above the rest.
I have been working with Carole Lester to develop a men's skin care brand. The brand will be launching this Spring! I found Carole to be knowledgeable and always accessible to bring me to this point; I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
This lab is great for someone who's just starting out and needs lower MOQs. They have great customer service, are excellent at how quickly they respond back to you... and anytime any sort of problem occurred, they really worked with me to ensure I ended up with a product I was happy with. I will happily continue to work with them in the future as I expand my business.
Some miscommunication in the beginning, but in the end everything turned out great!
