I have been working with Carole Lester to develop a men's skin care brand. The brand will be launching this Spring! I found Carole to be knowledgeable and always accessible to bring me to this point; I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
This lab is great for someone who's just starting out and needs lower MOQs. They have great customer service, are excellent at how quickly they respond back to you... and anytime any sort of problem occurred, they really worked with me to ensure I ended up with a product I was happy with. I will happily continue to work with them in the future as I expand my business.
Some miscommunication in the beginning, but in the end everything turned out great!
Carole is the absolute best! She helped me so much with making my skincare line! She went above and beyond to help me! Even gave me advice about my logo and design! I absolutely love the products and it has helped grow my business! Don't ever leave, Carole! Lol <3
