I have never been a resident of Springview Manor. I have known a few relatives that have spent some time there. The staff is always so helpful. The building and rooms themselves are very well maintained. If I ever had a need, it would be my first choice to go to spend time there. .
The aesthetics of the place is nice. The problem is they have people on staff there that tend to bully better caretakers and the facility knows this and does nothing about it. They consistently lose experienced, caring, and very capable individuals because I guess they need employees so bad that they allow the bad apples to stay. I wouldn't let my relative stay here at all because they cannot or will not control their employees. This is a BIG no for me.
My father recently had a short term stay here and they were amazing. He was very happy with the care all the staff gave him. He said the food was great as well! He is having a surgery soon and plans to come back here for his rehab and after care. Highly recommend!
