I have been with Trilogy for a little over 13 years. I started out as a brand new LPN, no experience as a nurse at all. The next year I recieved my RN. Trilogy sent me to the Mentor program and invested in my growth plan. Couldn’t ask for a better company to work for! I’m blessed beyond measure. Trilogy goes above and beyond for their employees and residents.
I put in my application several months ago and I did several job shadows and interviews and they wouldn’t know hire me because I wasn’t experienced in dietary department. This was in vincennes,Indiana at bridgepointe health campus.
the new castle in. location let a employee go because she had cancer. she was a 15 year employee,if they treat there employees like that do you think they care for your love ones, Just Saying .I would not send my cat there.
Trilogy is a fantastic company to work for! They really invest in their employees and make sure you have the resources to provide excellent services for the residents. I love working somewhere that I am able to make a difference, and it’s even better when you feel appreciated as well!
The company encourages employees to be the best they can be. Trilogy offers many continuing education opportunities as well as tuition reimbursement. The managers support staff and lead by example. They absolutely do not ask anyone to do something that they would not do. The ED and the DHS are frequently on the floor assisting with resident care. But, that type of teamwork doesn’t stop there.
