First class operation. All 8 of us had a fabulous time. Friendly, knowledgable and really cared about creating a memorable day for us. Great food and beverages. Saw over 25 dolphins swimming with us.
Every year my wife and I never miss the opportunity to go on a sunset trip along the coast of Kaanapali. This year we booked the trip with Trilogy and this was the best trip ever among all the rest. A big shout out to Captain Caleb, Shannon and Tayler for making the trip memorable. Cruise was fun and the crew made everyone feel at home. I would sail again with Trilogy and this crew.
"From the start at Lahaina's main dock to Lanai and back, a beautiful and memorable day trip. The Trilogy catamaran had plenty of room for all guests and great personal service. We were treated like valued people, not cattle. Loved every minute. It was magical to see little flying fish skittering in front of the boat! Excellent adventure and a good value cost wise too. If you go don't miss the excursion to Lanai town and the museum.
My hubs and I booked a group snorkel trip for our friends and family after our Maui wedding this past April. About 20 of us went out on the Kaanapali/West Maui snorkel and it was one of the best experiences I've had in Maui - and we've been coming here for 40 years. The crew was top notch - friendly, helpful, funny, the food/drinks were great. My girlfriends and I enjoyed tons of laughs hanging out on the nets. I can not express how much we loved our day with Trilogy! We went out to Lanai on a pretty windy day - the crew of Capt Casey, Raquel, Turtle and DW were rock stars! From the service on the boat to the service on the island, we were well taken care of and really did feel like we were part of a big Ohana (family). We went to Lanai snorkeling with Trilogy on Monday, October 16, 2017, and were so happy that we chose Trilogy. Every thing was first class including food and all crew members. We saw a humpback whale on the way, and the boat captain took the extra time to make sure we saw the whale a second time as it came up for air before it’s deep dive.
