Had some time to kill so asked Google maps for a nearby coffee shop. What a hidden gem in Deland. Awesome selection of fresh ground coffee beans. I went with the Colombian selection and to my surprise they offer "pour over" method just like I do at home. Absolutely delicious and far more affordable than the big name corporate shops. So, please support this charming local coffee shop. Your taste buds will thank you..

The coffee at Trilogy Coffee Roasting was smooth, rich, and had a really nice depth without tasting overly bitter. I ordered a latte and paired it with a fresh pastry, which made for a simple but satisfying break. I also liked the relaxed atmosphere—it felt like a place where you could sit with your coffee for a while instead of feeling rushed.
