I moved out of Trilogy last December due to a job relocation. I liked living in Trilogy for various reasons like how my unit was well maintained, hallways are constantly being vacuumed and cleaned, gym is spacious and taken cared of, location is by the highway and to grocery stores, and staff are friendly and professional. I have lived in many different apartments in my adult life and this one is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The noise from my upstairs neighbor is unbearable as the individual has no regard for their neighbors plus the infrastructure is horrendous, and no, this is not normal “apartment living”. It is a wood-frame building and therefore sound insulation padding is CRUCIAL in order to prevent impact noise.
