Buyer beware. There a several short term party rental estates inside the gates that have access to Trilogy at the Polo Club. They appear to be grandfathered in, and are allowed to have extremely large and very loud events especially in April during music festivals. Most residents of Trilogy are not happy about this. Loud noise can be heard throughout the entire neighborhood. Other than that the homes are nice.
