Extremely knowledgeable staff everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this group!!!
I was recommended that I try this clinic for my TRT needs, but after my two interactions with Elizabeth I have changed my mind. She is very short, condescending and has a bad attitude and even worse customer service skills. The other staff are very nice and professional, but Im not going to give my hard earned money to any place that will allow theyre employees to be so disrespectful to their clients. I highly recommend Trilogy!!! I currently have stage 3 liver disease, sugar issues, and hormone issues. I started the Tirzepatide shot and diet change on March 28,2024 and to date my health has drastically changed. My liver levels are in the normal range for the first time in years!!!! The office staff lacks basic professionalism that is to be expected at a medical facility. Prescriptions are never filled on time, and Elizabeth always acts like she hates her job. May be time to move on to a different profession. There are several other clinics with staff that cares about their patients so don’t waste your time here.
