I don’t know what everyone’s deal is with Elizabeth, I think she’s pretty on top of things and albeit she’s very matter-of-fact, it seems to me she has a pretty strong system in place for getting things done when and how they’re supposed to get done. I was called a liar about not taking my meds and that’s just not true. I had another refill and took my meds everyday! They charged me for blood work and office visit and then another charge for office visit and now will not fill my prescription for hormone therapy. Now I’ve got to find another doctor to help me. I’m without any medication. That’s not healthy and very upsetting.
Extremely knowledgeable staff everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this group!!!
I was recommended that I try this clinic for my TRT needs, but after my two interactions with Elizabeth I have changed my mind. She is very short, condescending and has a bad attitude and even worse customer service skills. The other staff are very nice and professional, but Im not going to give my hard earned money to any place that will allow theyre employees to be so disrespectful to their clients.
