Right now it's a nightmare as the parking lot is ripped up. My husband can't visit because there is no accessible parking. Staff onsite should be commended more for what they are doing. Maintenance can be slow at getting work done from external contractors.
Terrible building to stay in. Management doesn't seem to care either as long as they're getting paid. Stayed there for a year then got hit with a "cleaning" bill of $175 even though we cleaned the place before leaving. Stay away from this place, it's not worth it.
Hope management knows how to take responsibility rather than just roaming around the building. Do SOME management instead of focusing on money.
I just moved here and I regret it already, I’ve never lived in an apartment this dirty, building manager said they’ve cleaned the apartment but the amount of dirt I took out myself, looks like they only cleaned noticeable areas especially in the kitchen. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the apartment, I am still cleaning and lots of things need to be fixed, they don’t respond to work orders quickly.
