The staff are lazy and incompetent. There are a few that are good but most arent. They have a giant cockroach problem that they have a hope it goes away approach. They leave sticky traps and thats it. They investigated our unit but laid no bait. Any work orders are delayed. They have no respect for their tenants property. It's sad for the few employees who actually do their job.
Disgusting place to live in. This building is heavily infested with cockroaches. They are crawling in the walls and will appear from the baseboards, drains, and what not. My unit was fully renovated and was on a higher floor, but I still faced this problem. If you complain, they will call pest control and do a treatment, but it won't stop the roaches because the entire building is full of them and new ones would migrate to your unit. Right now it's a nightmare as the parking lot is ripped up. My husband can't visit because there is no accessible parking. Staff onsite should be commended more for what they are doing. Maintenance can be slow at getting work done from external contractors.
Terrible building to stay in. Management doesn't seem to care either as long as they're getting paid. Stayed there for a year then got hit with a "cleaning" bill of $175 even though we cleaned the place before leaving. Stay away from this place, it's not worth it.
