I am so relieved to be moving out of this building. The management here is completely inexperienced and lacks basic professionalism. I attempted to downgrade my unit, but the office staff turned a simple process into a logistical nightmare. Specifically, there is a South Asian lady in the office who is incredibly rude and dismissive. Every interaction with her was unhelpful and frustrating; she seems more interested in being difficult than actually doing her job. Cockroach infested dump with tons of homeless ppl/ drug addicts walking the hallways. You never know what you’re going to see in this building. Stay away!!! Had to throw out all my furniture when I left because of the cockroaches. I caught thousands on traps. Disgusting place to live. Building 680.
Landlord must be responsible for follow laws and you must be clean up kills bed bugs and roaches!!! If you are ignore not follow laws then you are be fired illegal laws! Don’t ignore warnings of bed bugs and roaches!!! 🪳
Zero stars if I could. I live in 680, and this building is full of cockroaches 🪳. Management keeps trying to fix it, but every time they do, the problem gets worse — it becomes double or even triple. Complaints go nowhere and communication is terrible. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place. ♂️
It is almost impossible to get through their management while the on site staff has been very helpful.
