There is sewer water dripping down in the basement garage. The hallways reek of pot smoke and mildew. The freeway is so loud, never plan on sleeping in. The landlord is famous for asking you to move out early and then charging and extra months rent. They make up bogus charges for cleaning. They skip a lot of preventative maintenance. My carpet was the original carpet.
I moved out on July 26, 2019 and left this apartment in the a better condition then it was given to me. This landlord is a cheapskate, beware of Trillium Terrace, LLC. I gave this landlord a 2 month notice in May and also verbal notice that I would be moving out. During this process he wanted to show my place which I did on several occasions. All is fine until you decide to move out. I lived here for two years in a two bedroom apartment. The apartments are a nice size for the area and for the cost. Carpet, tiling, appliances are all old - 18 years for most of it. We switched to a month-to-month payment after the first year as we anticipated a relocation for my partner's job. RENTERS BEWARE!! When we first moved in, we enjoyed living in our upper 1 bedroom/loft apartment because the unit was quiet and we were rarely disturbed. The property manager at that time, Darrell, took good care of the place. Living there became a nightmare once Lori and Patti took over. We moved to a lower 2-bdrm unit when we had our first child. We were both so thankful that a larger unit became available and equally as distracted by our new baby that we did not make a fuss over seemingly minor problems with the unit. One... read more
