I haven't even been hear yet am I've been waiting a month and a half just to make an appointment they keep telling me call back in 2 weeks next time I call I will see if they will take cash to speed up alittle bit
DO NOT GO HERE. This place only cares about money. As I waited 1.5 hours for my appointment, I noticed every person was being offered an injection. Myself included- before even asking ME about my symptoms and just going off of referral note. This place is a complete farce to scam OHIP by billing for exorbitant numbers of injections. They changed my appointment time without contacting me. I got there just after my originally scheduled time to be told that the dr had already left for the day. Drove over an hour to get there and had someone take the day off work for nothing
I didn’t even get to a physical appointment in greater than seven months. I initially had a phone consultation, where I was informed that I would receive a phone call to book me for an appointment in 90 days. 120 days past had heard nothing. Even my doctors office had difficulty with correspondence with this clinic. Three years and two separate referrals and have not been seen. Ever. The place is an absolute joke.
