I asked to switched off the fountain in night, but no one are listening. Not sure who is watching those fountain. Those making huge noise. Its Very bad.
Amazing people work here. We were recently treated extremely bad by Autumn Woods Apartments. We ended up homeless due to Autumn Woods not having a safe place for us to live by our move in date. We went to Trillium Pointe and they were kind, understanding, and efficient. They got us a place to live in three days. Ashley, Alexis, and Katie not only gave us comfort during this time, but they were also able to make us smile during a time when we were barely holding it together. For almost two consecutive weeks, i have been without AC. I requested a maintenance request one week prior to the record heat, and humid temperatures that hit Michigan the weekend of June 20th and 30th. They didn't come until after a week, after the massive heat wave. Then, I only had AC for one day before it died out on me again, once again, during a heat wave.
