Katie does fantastic work with my daughter.
I am giving this place a 4 because the counselor I was seeing was very kind and respectful and seemed to always listen and showed she wanted to help me. Thanks Emily.
I am completely unable to schedule with my therapist because the receptionist is abrasive and always sounds like she's seconds away from snapping at you. Trying to schedule triggers my anxiety to the point of tears and I'm desperate for an appointment but can't get past the receptionist
I am giving Trillium 5 stars because of my IOP counselor Mackenzie. Mackenzie is well educated on addiction/ relapse prevention, always runs the class extremely well, is respectful and kind to everyone, & genuinely cares about each person’s problems in her group. She is very professional and good at what she does and Trillium should be proud to have someone like her working for them!
McKenzie is very professional and I have enjoyed the group she runs very much. It has helped me in many different ways.
