Had a very disappointing experience with this company If you have anything complicated, go somewhere else. My property management hired them to come in. Not my choice They did not do their due diligence. So I live in row town homes. I am having water hammering issues. Clifton and his apprentice Dayontae did a fantastic job with my house installing pipes. They were both extremely kind, polite, professional, courteous and made sure to clean up after themselves at the end. Thank you Trillium for such great work!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company...They scheduled a date to come, went to the wrong city and address, never contacted me on that day while I waited hours for them to come, and then when they finally came days later to do the work, they wouldn't even extend any type of courtesy discount for the inconvenience that they caused. This was my first plumbing issue at this house so I didn’t know what to expect let me tell you these guys were absolutely amazing and that’s an understatement! They came in all supplies ready to go, took out the old toilet and replaced it with a new one within an hour or so. Left my bathroom immaculate and we’re even willing to take the old toilet right to the garbage point for me! The toilet they suggested looks great, fits perfect, and works perfectly.
