Excellent service. Dispatcher Angie was extremely helpful in arranging for their technician to do the best for us. She listened very carefully and made sure to understand our plumbing problems and requests. Technician Carey arrived right on time. After carefully listening to us, he diligently went straight to work doing appropriate troubleshooting and assessment. He explained to us what the various problems were and weren’t. He then made the necessary repairs, sparing us unneeded headache and cost.

5 stars for technician work. But the company over prices their work/services. Definitely will be shopping around next time before committing.

hello I appreciate your reply. Thank you for checking the GPS and time logs(made appropriate edits below). The issue was found in the garage by the water room with a ASCO Solenoid Valves that is connected same water line that is causing the hammer noises in my unit and Yes I am still waiting for it to be fixed So again it was not the washing machine above. The guard could have given access to the garage Did the dispatcher email request to have access to the water room in the garage "yes" Did the work order slip say anything ... read more
