Been 4 months since I’ve been without cards with this company and any time I call them they’re closed or cant answer the phone and you can’t get your food benefits from them or your gym membership or anything
They give you a Care manager then you get a text every year or so they go behind your back and set up appointments with doctors without checking your schedule but I will give them credit they will text and ask if you have everything for a storm you answer and they respond 3 days later
