They give you a Care manager then you get a text every year or so they go behind your back and set up appointments with doctors without checking your schedule but I will give them credit they will text and ask if you have everything for a storm you answer and they respond 3 days later
Communication is not good I have met so many different people I cannot keep any of these names straight been working on housing for months still no results,
This is the absolute worst insurance company ever and to claim anything about behavioral health is just a joke
