The maternity ward staff are extremely rude. I’m truly disappointed. They should show more empathy and compassion to new parents, already overwhelmed with a new baby. They are also lazy and treat no requests with priority. If you don’t love your job, find another career. I’d never come back here. I had a wonderful experience with my OB and the entire team at Trillium Mississauga Hospital. From start to finish, I felt supported, well-informed, and genuinely cared for. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive, making a potentially overwhelming experience feel smooth and comforting. Trillium hospital is an amazing hospital they saved my life before and also I got clean in their psych unit in 2021 I've been clean off all hard drugs and alcohol now for 4 years and 5 months Thank you all for everything you did for me and for helping me get clean and get my life back together
