Unfortunately, your delivery driver delivered our basket of flowers for the funeral purpose, while we were at home she delivered to the neighbors, we saw her on the camera, went out to ask her about our order then she without any respect and with rude attitude said handed over to your neighbor go and get it! I was looking to send a sympathy bouquet to relatives in Pickering but I live south of KW so did not know of any florists in their area. This came up on Google and their website was so easy to navigate and order from. I am very pleased with the bouquet (I received a photo from a family member). It is just like the photo on the website, with great quality flowers. Overall very happy!
Fantastic customer service and the arrangement they made were gorgeous. Plus the quality of the flowers were amazing, even after 3 weeks they’re as alive as the day i got them
I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly arranged. The staff was super helpful and made sure everything was ready on time. My mom loved them and even said it was one of the nicest bouquets she’s ever received. Highly recommend this shop for any special occasion!
