Registered Message therapist Alanna: Alanna was very knowledgeable, she took time to listen to me and to ask questions. She explained when she found muscle in knots and what she was doing to loosen them. She gave me exercises to do afterwards and made sure that I put ice/ heat on my muscles afterwards. Great first time experience will definitely be going back.
