Marissa, our hygienist, is amazing. We came in and she's not even front desk, she had a big smile on her face. Very warm, entertaining, made the appointment such a pleasure. Team is so lucky to have her. We love Trillium because of her.
We had been going to Trillium Dental on Kakulu Rd. for about a year and a half and, overall, had been happy with our experience. Dr. O’Connor saw my daughter twice, and Marisa is a wonderful hygienist. However, our most recent experience was very concerning, and I want to share it so that others are aware and can make informed decisions.
