We had such a great experience at Trillium Dentistry with our daughter’s filling. She’s had a lot of anxiety around dental work in the past, but Dr. Shamji and his team were wonderful at keeping her calm and explaining everything along the way. Dr. Shamji took the time to walk us through a few treatment options, gave us his honest recommendation, and really worked with us to find what was best for our daughter and what she was comfortable with. I went to this dental clinic if I recall correctly at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. I was originally eager, as the patient forms showed potential of being very queer inclusive, asking pronouns and preferred gender etc. they also took patients on disability which is rare. When I came in for my appointment, despite having filled out all the proper documentation showing my pronouns and gender, I was repetitively misgendered the entire appointment. I recently visited Trillium Dental Centre as a new patient, and I had a truly excellent experience. The entire team was professional, attentive, and welcoming. During my first visit, Kristina helped scan my teeth for my Invisalign treatment. I was very happy and pleased with Nimmy she made me feel extremely comfortable and constantly checked on my well-being and Dr.Shamji was amazing and pulled 5 teeth in about 5 minutes or so completely pain free and kept asking me how I was doing if I felt any pain what to do in response to such pain. They both conversed with me and it was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
