Had another great visit with Kate the massage therapist and Tyler the chiropractor! Kate did cupping and worked on my plantar fasciitis and I am feeling like a new woman. Tyler showed me how to strengthen my back muscles and printed me out stretches to do at home the connect with an app. I believe these two go above and beyond and I will definitely be back And refer friends.
