I have been seeing d. timmer for a long time. He is biased and judgemental and takes sides and pushes his own agenda too much. Doesn’t hear my side of things or listen to me at all. I will not be back here would not recommend this care.
Trillium Care Group has been such a blessing. They work very closely with first responders and truly understand the culture, lifestyle, and unique stressors that come with the job. It makes such a difference having a team that genuinely understands. I also can’t forget the front desk staff! They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend!
If you’re a man, don’t expect to get to the truth with David Timmer. Just prepare to apologize for whatever you’ve been accused of without digging into the issue at all.
We were ghosted by our kids therapist. Liza was very unprofessional in the way she provided us trust of communication in a transition to virtual with no response to email or text via the cell phone number she provided us. Received no communication from Trillium directly if in the end she left. We are left with only frustration, hurt and mistrust of the company and the therapist expectations now.
