I have been communicating with property management at Trillium Apartments and received excellent and prompt attention. We are considering a move to Cobourg in late summer or fall and desired all relevant information for this building. I was impressed with the courtesy and attention to me.
I have lived in the Trillium apartment for nine years as a senior I have enjoyed meeting other tenants in Social room for a free cup of coffee Monday thru Friday from 9AM till 10AM . The apartment i live in is very spacious and of course locate near the big box stores and a few minutes from the downtown core of Cobourg is quite handy with the New Hospital just a few minutes drive away. I have lived in this building for almost 2 years. It is truly a community where you feel like family. Everyone is so generous in offering their help if they can. The manager is very knowledgeable and very approachable, she will do what it takes to help solve any issues that may arise. She keeps the building immaculate and gets repairs done as soon as possible. 2 managers from a different building come over from time to time to lend a hand when needed and they are also very knowledgeable and approachable. We loved the place nothing wrong with our standards. We had great credit, rental history was great, financially stable. You declined our approval for tenancy . Why, because of your standards.
