Looks like Metcap rental offices across different buildings operate in same pattern! Numbers given in different websites, practically do not work, neither they pick up nor they call back! Viewing an apartment is a huge challenge! If buying or renting is so challenging not sure what would be the service afterwards! Edit: They called up and I was able to view the apartment.

We are very happy with our experience at 1501 Woodbine Ave in East York. The location is excellent—everything you need is close by, the highways are easily accessible, and Shoppers Drug Mart is conveniently located nearby. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and feel like a great place to call home. The management office has been incredibly helpful and welcoming.
