When I moved here I paid my first and last month's rent. I lived here for 2 years and was never late or missed a payment for rent however I left for security reasons concerning the management and I never got my last months rent back. I gave up trying to communicate with Dolores about it but it was a months rent still. Absolutely, renters beware. I dont recommend this place for anyone who is living a sober lifestyle.

My wife and I lived in this building for a year, and the experience was so unsafe and unhealthy that we decided to leave on March 1st.
