10/10 would NOT recommend Triliji Group to anyone and everyone. Maintenance requests were "fixed" so we would stop asking, just for the same problem to occur a week or month later. Moved us to a different place while our house was being fixed and proceeded to charge us for that as well when they were the ones who suggested us moving locations. Do not waste your time or money with them, they rip off college students in any way possible and do not genuinely care about the health and safety of their residents.

I had a one year lease with them and had nothing but a headache the entire time! They do not keep good records so it is easy for them to screw you out of money. Their maintenance requests were a joke because you had to call SEVERAL times (after you had put in several maint request forms) to the point of yelling (which I never do) in order for them to come and fix your A/C in the middle of July. If you have kids don't bother – We went and looked at one of their properties, and the lady that showed it looked at my kids like they were lepers. She made it clear to me (quite rudely) that they did not want any outside toys or messiness. We applied and they called our landlord who told them that we had a one year non-binding lease. She denied us saying we would be breaking a lease. poor customer service – K&S does have a few good things. They have some good properties, and they are at reasonable prices generally. However, K&S is not good at is customer service. They do not work with their customers. They say they will do things and then they do not do them. They lie to customers about charges. They basically steal money by making excuses. They are tricky.
