Ted Riley took my 84 yr old mother's money ! Do not give him your money. He failed to pull proper permits and took deposit money and then some and abondoned project with bunch of excuses . Has not returned money for work that has not been completed According to contract. Do not Trust This guy. He also did same thing in other known projects. Be aware!!! Worked for this company as subcontractor and did not paid. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were just asking for the work we did, nothing more. Not recommend doing business with Ted Riley.
I have used Ted many times over the last 10 years. He is very honest, dependable and helpful. Ted is also a hard worker and very knowledgeable. He came up with creative ideas to save money. I highly recommend him as a contractor.
