This company is by far the worst company I have worked with. I recently realized I issued a rent check to the incorrect name and spoke with the property manager Barbara Fischer in person at her office. I informed her of the issue and volunteered to reissue the check to her with the understanding she would void the previously written check. I checked my account Monday morning and both checks were cashed. When I addressed this issue and asked for a refund her response was “ that’s not going to happen”. I lived at the Utah street apartments in North park. for about 2 years. The manager Barbara was the most uneducated, unprofessional, childish manager I have ever dealt with. She would let her child run unsupervised in the shared court yard. Her emails and attention to dealt were beyond Terrible… she would send passive aggressive memos with an excessive amount of spelling and grammar mistakes… I maybe would have stayed at the complex but she made it unbearable…
