Working with Jen in the office has been great. She is very attentive and responds quickly to concerns. In previous years while renting with Trikin, i cant say it has been an overall very good experience, but the changes to up-keeping the property, as well as addressing maintenance concerns has been great, and its nice to know now that they have a great staff who is truly focused on providing for their tenants. I look forward to signing my lease with Trikin and i'm happy to report such positive changes overall!
Our apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, which was really unfortunate, but they offered us compensation - they were quick to offer, but I never received any money. They also took weeks to get us (two people) two sets of keys. High turnover seems to lead to balls being dropped all the time. While they claim they didn’t have control over this apartment in their response, their employee apparently thought otherwise by promising me $100 to clean the place. One of them is a liar!
Currently experiencing suprise charges on my rent will be considering legal actions if not addressed, every since jen resigned shewwas awesome, they are not informal and needs to improve their business and communication as fast as they want the rent people want answers.. Maybe contacting better business bureau will help
