Currently living at a TrikePM building called Franklin Manor right off of Brady St. The building was advertised as secure and I was told there had never been any safety issues when I signed my lease. However, an evicted tenant keeps showing up INSIDE the building which IS NOT actually secure and threatening me RIGHT OUTSIDE my door. They are crooks they take your security deposit and when my husband and I moved in the place was dirty we were promised that the place would be cleaned and painted and it never was done! And we moved out and they kept our security deposit because the one room was never repainted when we moved in we were told it was repainted and it was not very very unhappy

Respectfully these were never happy people. Nevertheless the tenant painted portions of the apartment dark blue and did not restore it to the original color which is clearly stated and required in our NS Rental Provision.
