Warning if you’re a pregnant patient: many of the five star reviews are for Dr Reid who was amazing but is no longer at this office! I met Dr Adams the day I was delivering my baby and she is the rudest, worst physician I’ve ever experienced. She laughed at the fact my husband wasn’t there and joked maybe he was having an affair like her husband did. (Check her reviews in Florida where she also unloaded her divorce woes on her patients). After 15 years as a patient, I ultimately decided to switch practices. Over time, I felt the quality of the office declined through the transitions from Seven Hills to Axia and then to TriHealth. One of my primary concerns was the accuracy of my medical records. On multiple occasions, information in my chart was incorrect despite my efforts to update it with nursing staff. Dr Adam’s not encouraging at all, worst doctors I ever met lack of kindness and understanding im very disappointing.
Honestly, I wasn’t going to say anything about my one visit at this Seven Hills Women's in ft. Mitchell. But after realizing they prescribed me medication that is known to cause miscarriages, I feel like I have to seriously warn other pregnant women about this provider.. First, I was told my initial appointment would include an ultrasound (the only reason I scheduled with this office).
