I had a really great experience back in 2023 when I was pregnant but the rudeness I just experienced made me not want to come back. I wanted to see a specific doctor and saw that she goes to a location that I live closer to so I called unfortunately they didn’t have a Friday so they said I could call this location to schedule my first appointment and the schedule the others for that location. Horrible I will not be returning
They stopped prescribing me my medication because of one missed appointment and never tried to reschedule. I was told there would be a transition period between providers but that was never provided to me. Instead they refused to prescribe even one more month on medication while I tried finding another provider.
I actually hate this place so much and will be switching as soon as I get an appointment with literally anyone else. They are rude, they offer terrible medical advice, and way too many med students. I’m high risk and they act like they don’t care about a single thing I report. It feels like they simply do not care after they find out you’re a young mom.
The Dr's and staff here are always friendly and considerate. I continue to drive over 30 minutes to come here over finding a new provider because I love the team and quality of care here. Highly recommend all the Dr's here who were all a part of my twin pregnancy and birth in some way.
