I have been seeing this doctor for years before she was a part of Tri-Health and they are very deceiving in their billing and appointments. Annual visits are covered, but since things were discussed outside of my annual I was billed additional charges. I disputed this because the doctor started the conversation on other issues and never was I informed I would be charged for things she brought up or wanted to discuss. My appointment was scheduled for 11:45 AM, but by 12:54 PM I still hadn’t been seen. I’ve been with this doctor for years, and unfortunately this is an ongoing issue. You can never plan anything on the day of an appointment because delays like this completely ruin your schedule. When I was leaving, the receptionist told me; OK, what’s your last name, But this is not OK!!
I was a patient of Dr. Packard for years, as well as several other doctors at this practice when they were located in Fairfield. I recently needed to be seen urgently for an issue. I was turned away because I haven't been seen in 3 years. I was told " this is just our policy" . Clearly this practice cares more about money than the well being of their patients. I will never waste my time with this group of doctors ever again. Do yourself a favor, find someone else.
Completely unprofessional and uncaring when a friend of mine needed help. They failed her miserably. Whoever works the front desk isn’t very capable of their duties either. She hoped to solve the issue by speaking to a manager but the front desk person is preventing it from happening. Dr Lee is pleasant as is the ultrasound tech. Front desk staff and nurse are very awkward. Nurse has a photo in Epic of the patient yet goes into the waiting room, says my name incorrectly and tries to pull in another woman in a hijab for my appointment. I also do not understand how there are multiple urine samples left in the bathroom at a time, with no cover and barely any space to place your own sample without touching someone elses. It's unsanitary and ghetto. Unfortunately will have to change providers.
