This facility was Awesome. I came in early and they seen Me early. Everyone had My care as 1st priority. Outpatient Surgery was a success. They even gave Me a card which My care team signed. That was very thoughtful. Thank-You to Everyone who sign My card: Dr. Manegold, Dr. Brose, Shauna, Julie H. Kathy, Ellie, Leah, Rhonda. Brett, Jen, and Amanda (from the procedure room)
Arrived 5 minutes late and they moved our 8 am appointment time to 9:30?? No regard for the 4 kids at home and how much the babysitter costs.. front desk lady on a power trip. 1 star wish it was 0.. how many people does the avg american gotta take BS from even when they're sick..
Very organized. Nurses and nurse anestedia were kind and seemed to really care. My negative is because it was so very loud with their conversations. Also, why wasn't I given the permission for Dr. Hess to perform the surgery while I was in preop waiting( I assume this is what I signed), so I could actually read it and ask questions pertaining to it? Instead, I was given what I think this was while I was in the procedure room, hooked up to all the wires, immediately before being given anestesia. I had no chance to read it, ju... read more
I went here for a routine colonoscopy, which was my first. Every receptionist, nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, etc. was extremely friendly and put me at ease. Pure professionals, all around. I left with a card signed by the whole team, thanking me for choosing them. If you're in the network, go here!
Another outstanding visit here. The staff from the greeter to the registrar, the nurses and my doctor were all outstanding. I’ve had many procedures here and have had an exceptional experience every time.
