I’ve been with Dr. Cottongim for a long time. She’s fantastic! Her sense of humor does my heart good as we’ve laughed at most of my injury “mishaps” over the last few years! On the other hand she’s kind and understanding but also straight to the point with me- which fits my personality perfectly. Grateful to have a good doctor in my corner!
This is the location that mixed up my urine sample after a mandatory drug screening (a yearly occurrence for many on ADHD medication that prescribe through their doctor). I got a call and was informed that not only had I tested positive for Suboxone, a substance I've never used, let alone seen, but that I was immediately no longer welcome at the practice. My medical history and good standing there met nothing. Where do you even get Suboxone? Isn't that what drug addicts use to get off drugs, so wouldn't that be on my medical... read more
