Friendly staff, great service
The office staff and nurses are amazing here. Dr. Stephens, however, I would like to ask you to please remember your "why" when you became a doctor. You saw me today and didn't even see a human being sitting in your chair. Update: a week later and still haven't heard back from TriHealths PR.
The office staff and nurses are amazing here. Dr. Stephens, however, I would like to ask you to please remember your "why" when you became a doctor. You saw me today and didn't even see a human being sitting in your chair.
When trying to obtain patient records, they were completely unwilling to do anything to assist me with that. I submitted the TriHealth form but after that I never received my medical records. I was told they could not track it once they sent the request to THEIR document provider company. THEIR document provider said they never received. The doctor Marinda Benjamin's nurse, Angela, treated me as if I was stupid when I walked in to get answers and was not helpful at all.
