Front desk staff is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They speak very condescending to elderly patients, loudly discuss personal details amongst each other, and have very rude attitudes. How they get high ratings is beyond my comprehension.

The office staff and nurses are amazing here. Dr. Stephens, however, I would like to ask you to please remember your "why" when you became a doctor. You saw me today and didn't even see a human being sitting in your chair. Update: a week later and still haven't heard back from TriHealths PR.
