Was seen on June 3 upper respiratory infection and told to take steroids I was told they needed a week to work was given a note for employer for one day felt worse next day called and asked for antibiotics I was told the doctor called it in nobody called it in 4 hours later I called them and soon as I hung up with them Kroger texted me my prescription was in processing I ask for a note for the 4th had to go pick it up and it has the same date the 3rd had the same problem last time I had respiratory problems
I am a nurse. I understand the fast-paced environment of an urgent care better than most. But the way the NP rushed through my assessment was not only inappropriate, but overwhelming for me. I went in for severe throat pain that was making it hard for me to eat. I’ve been taking allergy meds and rotating ibuprofen and tylenol. Nothing touched it. Sunday morning: made a 10:33am online appt, showed up, was seen, diagnosed, with an Rx by 11am. Efficient and friendly staff.
When you can't get in to see your primary physician they've come thru at this facility in an awesome way with treatments & recommendations that's comforting the staff & doctors are exceptional: would definitely recommend this location: !!!!!
Dr Kathy and Ms Keytoya are the best. I can depend on Dr Kathy more that my own PCP. She takes the best care of me Everytime I've came here. The sweetest woman and just explains everything and communicates well. These women deserve a round of applause. And all the staff at this location are just nice people. 💙 Thank you all for all you do!
