I have been a critical care nurse for 7 years and I have never seen such unprofessional and condescending behavior from a care provider as I witnessed with Ciara A Staunton, the CNP at this location. My husband was having persistent coughing and chest pain that was not improving after weeks and felt he needed to be seen. I have no problem with the medical care I received. My problem is the lady, Susan, that brought me to the back. As a solo parent of 4 while my husband is deployed I don't have the luxury of leaving my kids at home. I only had my younger 2 with me that day but my 3 year old was behaving like a 3 year old. He was whining about going to the back because he wanted to watch the fish tank. Susan very grumpily told him to be quiet.
