Very efficient, informed and knowledgeable. I had bronchitis and they called in the antibiotics and inhaler immediately so that I could pick them up on my way home. Thank you. 5 STARS
Wonderful staff! I went in on a Sunday and only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. Thanks Lindsay and my nurses.Front desk was friendly and efficient.
Everyone here is usually very nice and helpful but my experience this morning was infuriating and disheartening. Not sure I'll ever return. Dismissive and making sly remarks. This is not how anyone needs to be treated when they're already not feeling well. Karma doesn't like ugliness.
They gave me medication I did not need. Now I'm dealing with my illness still and also dealing with the side effects of the steroids they gave me (which my doctor since told me I didn’t need nor did it make sense to give me). This is the last time I trust a PA. I truly do not understand what they teach them. The lack of training compared to doctors is so obvious. Our medical system is broken. Charlotte Schnider NP does not need to provide care. Here's what happened to me. 1. I wrote down a list of symptoms you dismissed and literally waved away with your hand. 2. Got upset and quized me in an unprofessional manner. You pulled up something unrelated to my visit and stated lab values from an encounter that did not pretain to my current visit.
