They gave me medication I did not need. Now I'm dealing with my illness still and also dealing with the side effects of the steroids they gave me (which my doctor since told me I didn’t need nor did it make sense to give me). Charlotte Schnider NP does not need to provide care. Here's what happened to me. 1. I wrote down a list of symptoms you dismissed and literally waved away with your hand. 2. Got upset and quized me in an unprofessional manner. You pulled up something unrelated to my visit and stated lab values from an encounter that did not pretain to my current visit. (You literally could've read the list of symptoms I had readily available.) Instead you pulled a day that wasn't my best and judged me for it. 3. You dismissed me and treated ... read more
I absolutely do not recommend this place. I came in with severe abdominal pain and I was told I had a urinary tract infection. Actually, I had a ruptured appendix and spent three nights in the hospital.
If your doctor is Charlotte Schneider you may as well go to urgent care and they will offer you better assistance. She used her nurse's assistant to do every part of her job so that she barely had to face me during my appointment, not to mention the fact that I heard her talking negatively about me, my symptoms, etc during the appointment to others after the one and only time she and I spoke face to face. I was seen on Sat 7/19/25 for severe bilateral throat pain. My throat was so swollen it had a pill stuck in my neck. First time here. I was treated so kindly from Reception to MA to NP. Was diagnosed with a bacterial infection and prescribed an antibiotic. It was 4 days before 2 major surgeries and I was so afraid they would be canceled. NP assured me it should be ok and it was. Felt better in 48 hours. Thank you.
